Introduction

Our digital phone service includes 17 FREE calling features at no extra charge

Resolution Steps

  • Anonymous Call Rejection - dial *77 to reject Private, Blocked or Anonymous callers and callers who use Caller ID Blocking; feature remains active until you disable it by dialing *87
     
  • Basic Voice Mail - receive up to 20 messages that are saved for 30 days or unless you delete prior to 30 days; dial *98 for access
     
  • Call Forward Remote Activation - activate and deactivate the call forward feature when you are away from home
     
  • Call Forward Variable - dial *72 and the area code and phone number you want your calls forwarded to, when your line is busy or unanswered
     
  • Call Logs - Log into the customer self care center and view your call logs
     
  • Call Return - dial *69 to get the number of your last incoming; also get time / date information and return the call instantly
     
  • Call Waiting - while on a call, hear a short beep to notify you someone else is calling; dial *70 to turn the feature off on a per-call basus
     
  • Caller ID Block - prevents your name and phone number from appearing on the called party's Caller ID display. 
     
  • Caller ID - know the name and number of your caller before answering the phone (must have Caller ID phone or box with Caller ID functionality)
     
    • If you subscribe to our cable service and have a TiVo®, you'll see the name and number of the caller on your main TV
       
  • Call Waiting with Caller ID - see who is calling while you're on the phone; a tone alerts you of another caller and your Caller ID device displays their name and number
     
  • Distinctive Ring - have up to 2 additional numbers (and a directory listing for each) with a special ring that lets you determine what number is being called
     
  • Repeat Call - Outsmart busy signals. Dial *66 to redial a number every 40 seconds, for up to 30 minutes, a distinctive tone alerts you when the call goes through
     
  • Selective Call Forward - reroute calls to another number. Dial *63 and follow the prompts to set-up, add or remove numbers on your Selective Call Forward list
     
  • Selective Call Rejection - block up to 100 incoming calls from selected phone numbers; dial *60 and follow the tutorial for set-up and turning off the feature
     
  • SimRing - sign up for Nomorobo, then call us to activate SimRing and block unwanted calls from telemarketers and robo-callers 
     
  • Speed Dial - dial *74 and program up to 8 numbers and press only 1 digit to make the call; dial *75 and program up to 30 numbers and press 2 digits to make a call
     
  • Three-way Calling - three people, one conversation. Add a third party to a traditional call by pressing the flash / receiver button on your phone
