Series 4 TiVos

    For Series 4 TiVos, go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Settings | Network | View Network Diagnostics | Test Internet Connection 

     
    • Test Internet Connection cycles through Preparing, Connecting, and Disconnecting

    • Once test is complete, press Select to exit the screen
 

Series 5 TiVos

    For Series 5 TiVos, go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Network Settings | Network Troubleshooting | Internet Connection | Press Select to begin testing


    • Test Internet Connection cycles through Preparing, Connecting, and Disconnecting

    • Once test is complete, press Select to exit the screen
 

Series 5 TiVo Experience 4

    For Series 5 TiVo Experience 4, go to TiVo Central | left arrow to Menu | Settings | Network Settings | Network Troubleshooting | Internet Connection | Press Select or OK to begin testing


    • Test Internet Connection cycles through Preparing, Connecting, and Disconnecting

    • Once test is complete, press Select  or OK to exit the screen
