  • Make sure the TiVo is plugged in to a working outlet and the green power light is lit

  • Press the TiVo button or Live TV button

  • Change the channel on the TiVo

  • Check the fan in the back of the TiVo to make sure it's working

  • If the problem persists, chat with a representative or contact us for further assistance
