Usertools Mail Forwarding

When usertools mail forwarding is enabled, no messages will appear in the RCN in-box. Mail will hit RCN email address, then is immediately sent to the forwarding address.

  1. Go to http://usertools.rcn.com/
  2. Enter username and password.
  3. Click change mail forwarding settings
  4. Enter the full e-mail address the e-mail is being forwarded to
  5. Click Create
  6. Click on the delete button to remove a forward
  7. Click Logout
  8. It may take up to 4 hours for the forwarding to be changed


Webmail Mail Forwarding / Message filters:

  1. Login to http://webmail.rcn.com
  2. Click the Preferences tab
  3. Click Filters in the left sidebar
  4. Scroll down to Receiving Messages
  5. Enter the full email address in Forward a copy to
  6. Remove any email address that appear to be forwarding mail away from Webmail
  7. It may take up to 4 hours for the forwarding to be changed
