Resolution Steps


  1. Select the email in the inbox.  
  2. Press the Spam button on the Webmail toolbar.
  3. The message moves to Spam folder.






    Spam reports get scored by the mail server and have spam-reporting reputations.  The sender gets a spam fingerprint associated with their sending email address, their advertised website URL, or the content of their message.

    The user should not receive the same spam message again, taking into account some time for reporting action to happen.  It is possible a user will receive messages from that sender in the future.
