    • For channels not on our lineup, or broadband streaming access to a network not provided, please email channel.requests@rcn.net 

    • Channel requests are taken into consideration, but that doesn't guarantee the station(s) will be added

    • Requests allow our company to make strategic decisions for adding additional channels to the lineup 
 

Channel Complaints

    If you need to make a complaint about a particular network's content

    • Channels are responsible for their content, not your cable company
       
    • Please contact the cable channel for feedback
