Equipment We Support

Certain equipment is required for our customers to maximize the RCN Experience. RCN provides full support for RCN supplied equipment to ensure that our services function properly. In addition, RCN attempts to provide limited support for certain types of customer owned equipment. Generally, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer, service provider, or retailer to ensure that you receive accurate information specific to customer owned equipment.

If you have installed additional equipment to your RCN phone, cable TV, or Internet service, and experience an outage or other issues, your RCN customer support representative may require you to remove the additional equipment in order to properly trouble shoot the issue. Failure to remove the additional equipment may prevent us from providing assistance.
